Toronto Steak Rub is one of my favourite rubs. We distinguish this steak rub with pink peppercorns to create a fruity, pine flavour and a hint of citrus.
Being a Montreal native, I also joke that the Toronto Steak rub has more English theatre and a fabulous film festival...
Add salt if you want to use it traditionally!
