The base if a Sicilian extra virgin olive oil blended with garlic oil. It is extremely potent and delicious. The carrier oil makes this flavoured oil sweet and it has no bitter taste.
You can use it to make a simple pasta, or drizzle on grilled vegetables, but it truly makes the best croutons.
Cut up bread into cubes ( as many as needed). Heat up the oil in a skillet and then brown the croutons until they have been grilled on each side. Yummy to add to a salad.
