This Vietnamese cinnamon is reminiscent of cinnamon heart candies. It has a sweet, intense, spicy flavour. I recommend it to all bakers who want to kick their goodies up a notch.
It is delicious in smoothies and I do enjoy it sprinkled on fruit.
These are great if your grate them onto a latté or yogurt.
