Dukkah Salad Dressing
Dukkah Dressing for Greens
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp Dukkah
2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
Let the dukkah sit in the red wine for 1 minute and then whisk in the olive oil.
Use on a kale salad, or steamed green beans, or steamed broccoli
