    Spinach Salad with Aged Cheese and Truffle Dressing

    Ingredients

    Baby Spinach

    Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese - Thinly Sliced 

    5 tbsp Black Truffle Oil

    2.5 tbsp Riesling Vinegar

    Salt  - a pinch

    Pepper - freshly ground

    Directions

    Whisk the vinegar and salt together, and then whisk in the truffle oil.

    This is a very easy and delicious salad to make. Toss the spinach with salad dressing and top with the very, thinly sliced cheese - top with freshly ground black pepper.
