GOCHUGARU is a coarsely ground Korean chili powder, similar to crushed red pepper flakes in texture, traditionally made from sun-dried peppers without the seeds. It offers a wonderful level of heat (cayenne hot), slightly smoky with touches of sweetness, and is essential for making authentic Korean dishes such as kimchi and gochujang (chili paste).
