Cinnamon (Vietnamese) Saigon

Vietnamese cinnamon is reminiscent of cinnamon heart candies that we had as kids. It has a sweet, intense, spicy flavour. It is the strongest of the 3 cinnamons that we carry and we recommend it to all bakers who want to kick their goodies up a notch. Use sparingly as it has a very strong flavour.  It is delicious in smoothies and we enjoy it sprinkled on baked fruit.
