Brazilian Grilled Chicken
Ingredients
1.5 lbs of chicken drumsticks
2 Tbsp of Tempero Baiano
1/4 cup lime juice
2 Tbsp oil
Directions
Mix the oils, juice and spice together.
Marinate the drumsticks overnight.
Place the chicken on a baking tray - place in a 375º pre-heated oven for 40-45 minutes.
Serve with rice and salad.
