    Day 14 - Jalapeño Olive Oil

    I am hot not bothered, and green not red, and added to fruit juice

    This is a bright, green olive oil from California and is blended with fresh jalapeños. It is a delightful taste of green heat, but not too much.

    This olive oil is great on a caprese salad, or drizzled on tacos!

    Caprese with Jalapeño Olive Oil
     

    Ingredients

    Tomatoes Sliced

    Mozzarella cheese, sliced

    Fresh Basil

    Jalapeño olive oil

    Balsamic Vinegar

    Salt

    Directions

    Place the tomatoes, Cheese, Basil together on a platter, and drizzle with the olive oil, balsamic, and salt.
