Day 13 - Spicy Honey

I am a spicy elixir that rhymes with money.

Hot honey is hugely popular. This one is made in Ontario and is bee-licious.

People love to drizzle it on pizza, and below I have a very tasty hors d'oeuvre.

Crostini with Goat Cheese and Hot Honey

Ingredients

Baguette thinly sliced

Olive Oil

Soft goat cheese

Spicy Honey

Directions

Brush both sides of the sliced baguette with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet. Cook in the oven at 400º for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool once out of the oven.

Place the goat cheese in a bowl and stir until creamy and spread on the crostini, then drizzle some spicy honey and enjoy.
