Day 19 -Pink Balsamic Vinegar

I used to simply be dark, then white, and now come in ‘summer sipping’ colour.

This rosé balsamic is a delight. You can use it in a salad dressing, or drizzled on cucumbers, or seafood.

It is sweet and light and a lovely addition to your stable of vinegars. Enjoy.
