FRENCH NICOISE SALAD
1 tin of canned Tuna in water, drained and flaked
3 boiled eggs, peeled and quartered
1/2 lbs of small red boiled potatoes
1 head of lettuce, red lettuce or butter lettuce
2 small tomatoes, cut into wedges
1/2 lbs of green beans , trimmed and cut in half.
1/4 cup of black olives, pitted
1/2 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp mustard
*Whisk together wine vinegar and mustard, then slowly drizzle in the olive oil. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
Put everything in a bowl and toss in the salad dressing with THE BEST SALAD CLAWS!
