    SPICY PESTO

     

    ·      2 cups fresh basil

    ·      ½ cup parmesan cheese (grated)

    ·      ½ cup Jalapeño Olive Oil

    ·      1/3 cup pine nuts ( or walnuts)

    ·      3 garlic cloves (minced)

    ·      Salt and pepper to taste.

    BLEND EVERYTHING TOGETHER UNTIL SMOOTH – ISH.
