CEYLON CINNAMON is also called "true" cinnamon. Ceylon Cinnamon is light beige, has a fragrant perfume, and an aromatic, sweet taste. Real Ceylon Cinnamon has papery quills with many layers, and shouldn't be confused with the darker CASSIA quills. Ceylon Cinnamon is often found in Mexican, Middle Eastern, Moroccan and Indian cuisines.
SUGGESTED USES: This cinnamon is ideal for savoury cooking as it is not over powdering and has more of a delicate flavour than cassia.
