French Toast with Cinnamon and Lavender

            French Toast with Cinnamon and Lavender

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

8 slices of bread

4 egg per person

½ tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp lavender (crush the buds with your fingers)

DIRECTIONS

Beat eggs and soak each piece of bread to soak up the eggs. Sprinkle each piece with cinnamon and lavender.

Heat up a frying pan with butter and place bread for 3 mins on med/high. Turn each side over.

Serve with Maple Syrup
