    Day 17 - Chili Lime Topper

    I am ALL the things: salty, spicy, tart, and altogether trendy.

    This is our version of a 'tajin' seasoning. You can sprinkle it on fruit, or avocado. It also works well as  a rub.

    Chicken thighs with Chili Lime
    Ingredients
    4 chicken thighs
    2 Tbsp Chili Lime
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 lime zested, and juiced
    Directions
    Generously coat the thighs with the chili lime seasoning, and then marinate in the lime juice for 15 minutes.
    Heat the olive oil in a skillet, and then cook the thighs over medium heat for minimum 6/8 minutes on the each side until cooked through.
    Serve with Rice and top with lime zest and a pinch of salt
