            Chimichurri Cabbage Steak.

INGREDIENTS

1 head of Green cabbage sliced in thick rounds.

Olive Oil

Chimichurri Rub

Salt

DIRECTIONS

Pre heat the oven to 400º. ( you can also do this on the BBQ at high heat)

Place the cabbage on a non stick baking sheet and rub with olive oil, sprinkle with Chimichurri Rub and a little salt.

Bake for 15-20 minutes.
