For every 225 grams ( 8oz steak) use 1 TBSP of steak rub.
Add salt to steak rub (1:5) before patting the spice into the meat. Let the meat rest for 10-15 minutes.
Grill the steak on a med-hot fire. 5 minutes on one side, and then flip and grill 3-5 minutes for medium/rare, 5-7 for medium, and 8-10 minutes for medium well.
Take the steak off the heat and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
