The Spice Trader's signature blend STEAK RUB is a fabulous rub, based on the classic Montreal Steak Rub. This blend enhances and compliments the flavour of any steak. It has some heat from BLACK PEPPER and tons of texture with ONION FLAKES, GARLIC, DILL WEED, CORIANDER and a touch of PAPRIKA. As always this rub is salt free so you can add your own.
It says steak rub, but try this on your next roast chicken!
