            Greek Yogurt with Vanilla, Lemon, and Honey

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

4 cups of Greek yogurt

1 vanilla bean ( or extract if you don't have a bean )

The zest of 1 lemon

½ cup of runny honey

 DIRECTIONS

Split open an vanilla bean and scrape the inside into the yogurt, mix in the lemon zest. Divide into 4 bowls and drizzle with honey.
