This is a delicious alternative to mulled red wine. It is lighter and crisper with the top notes of cardamom and black pepper.
Bottle of white wine ( we used a riesling/gewurztraminer from OPEN)
2.5 Tbsp of Chai Masala
1/2 cup organic cane sugar
Mix everything together in a small pan. Put on a low heat and warm for 15 - 20 minutes.
Strain out the spices and serve.
