Ingredients
2 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup butter ( room temperature)
1 1/2 white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat the oven 375º
Mix together the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder in a bowl.
Cream together butter and sugar, add egg and vanilla and beat until it is all incorporated.
Blend together the wet and dry ingredients. Once the batter in blended and scoop cookies into small dough balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 - 10 minutes, or until golden. Then let them sit for 2 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
