400g spaghetti or fettuccine
3 Tbsp smoked olive oil
1/2 cup beet tahini, room temperature
Salt to taste
Cook pasta as indicated on the package.
Rinse under cold water when done and drain.
Toss in smoked olive oil.
Mix in beet tahini and blend evenly.
Add a pinch of salt.
Once served top with sesame seeds.
