Blueberry compote with Rose Harissa

Blueberry compote with Rose Harissa.


2 cups of blueberries

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup sugar

2 tsp The Spice Trader's rose harissa

1 tsp lemon juice 

Pinch of salt


Boil water and sugar together for 5 minutes. Turn it down to a simmer and add blueberries and Rose Harissa. Cook for 3-5 minutes while stirring. Take it off the heat and add lemon juice & salt.

Serve warm or at room temperature.
