This recipe is for 4 people
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 anchovy fillets, diced (can replace with shiitake mushrooms)
1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp white truffle oil
400g pasta, cooked according to package
2 tsp salt
OPTIONAL - grated parmesan cheese
5 cloves of black garlic
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp water
Sautée the garlic and anchovy until garlic is light brown. take the pan of the heat and add olive oil, truffle oil, parsley, and salt.
Drain the pasta and toss with anchovy/garlic mixture.
For the drizzle, use a hand blender to mix the black garlic, oil, balsamic, honey and water.
Serve the pasta and then add the drizzle and parmesan cheese
