BBQ Sauce
A Simple, Hot BBQ Sauce
3/4 cup ketchup,
2 Tbsp chili oil,
2 Tbsp brown sugar,
1 Tbsp wine vinegar,
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce,
2 tsps smoked paprika.
Whisk everything together and baste, or dip, or marinate.
