2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 cup milk of your choice
1 tsp sweetener ( we use coffee infused maple syrup)*
optional:1/2 a mushed up banana
pinch of spice of your choice
berries, chocolate chips, toasted coconut, sliced bananas, walnuts...
Stir everything together in a single serving vessel.
Let it sit for 10 minutes and then stir well again to make sure there is no clumping.
Refridgerate for minimum of 2 hrs ( you can do overnight for morning pudding!)
* try our cardamom sugar
NOTE - If you don't like the texture, then try blending it before your put on the toppings for a more 'puddingish' feel!
