    OKONOMIYAKI - ISH

    Ingredients

    3 cups finely shredded cabbage

    1 ¼ cups green onions

    1 cup rice crispies (or panko)

    4 eggs - beaten

    1 Tbsp black sesame seeds

    salt to taste

    EVOO

    Spicy mayo - make your own with chili oil or hot sauce.

    Soy sauce

    Pickled Ginger - optional

    Nori - optional

    extra green onions- chopped

    Directions

    Shred the cabbage on a grater or in a food processor. Place it in a bowl with the green onions,  sesame seeds, rice crispies, and eggs. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

    Heat a pan until very hot and then add the olive oil ( or oil of your choice) - scoop the mixture in an ice cream scoop or a tea cup and place in the pan. Lower the heat and flatten with a spatula and cook for 3-4 minutes per side.

    Serve and let everyone add toppings to taste - you can add poke fish or other protein if desired.
