Add the harissa to the vinegar and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile add together the ketchup, mustard, honey, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk in the harissa and vinegar until well blended, and then slowly add the chili oil while whisking!
USES - This delicious BBQ sauce can be used for basting/marinating, it makes a great dipping sauce, and it is good on a steak sandwich, or with pulled pork. It also gives great flavour to grilled eggplant, portobello mushrooms, or tofu.
