Simple Syrup

Making simple syrup is ...well... simple!

You take equal parts water and sugar, and whisk over medium heat until teh sugar dissolves! Voila.

Cool to room temperature, and keep in the fridge for up to a month.

Our FLAVOURED SUGARS make the most delicious simple syrup, or make a tea with mint and use the tea instead of water to create a flavourful simple syrup!


1/2 Cup Hibiscus Sugar

1/2 Cup Water

Heat over medium until the sugar has dissolved. Cool and then use!
