Smoked Olive Tapenade
Tapenade is versatile: Scoop it on crostini for appetizers, toss it with pasta and spread it on sandwiches.
Ingredients
- 1 jar smoked olives.
- 1 tin jalapeño stuffed olives - drained
- 1 tin anchovy stuffed olives - drained
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil (not smoked)
- 1 to 2 Tbsp smoked olive oil
Directions
Put everything together in a food processor ( if using a hand blender then work in batches).
Boil up some pasta and stir in this tapenade - top with parmesan and black pepper and voila!
