Tapenade is versatile: Scoop it on crostini for appetizers, toss it with pasta and spread it on sandwiches.

Ingredients

• 1 jar smoked olives.
• 1 tin jalapeño stuffed olives - drained
• 1 tin anchovy stuffed olives - drained
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil (not smoked)
• 1 to 2 Tbsp smoked olive oil

Directions

Put everything together in a food processor ( if using a hand blender then work in batches).

Boil up some pasta and stir in this tapenade - top with parmesan and black pepper and voila!
