Greek Yogurt Marinade for Chicken:
- 2/3 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice + 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp GREEKTOWN
Mix everything together and pour over chicken to coat, seal the bag or shallow dish and let rest in the fridge for 30 mins - 8 hrs. Good for 4 chicken breast or thighs.
Red Wine Marinade for Beef:
Mix everything together and pour over beef to coat, seal the bag or shallow dish and let rest in the fridge for 30 mins - 8 hrs. Good for 2 large steaks.
Jerk Sauce Marinade for Pork:
Mix everything together and pour over pork to coat, seal the bag or shallow dish and let rest in the fridge for 30 mins - 8 hrs. Good for 4 - 6 pork chops.
