I have always had bread stuffing at Thanksgiving. We had quite a few vegetarians in our family and pork stuffing was never on my radar.

Then I visited a friend in London, England and she introduced me to pork stuffing! This is a simple and delicious addition to a Thanksgiving table, and can be used anytime one does a roast chicken!

3 Tbsp of The Spice Trader's STUFFING MIX

Blend everything together and make into 8 balls. Place then on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven 375 degrees, for ½ hr.
