Avocado & Lemon Creamy Dressing

This dressing goes wonderfully on any salad.

I prefer a vegetable salad with: green lettuce, purple cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, and topped with this dressing and sesame seeds!

Ingredients

1 avocado, peeled and chopped

1 cup evoo

1/4 cup lemon olive oil

1 clove of garlic, chopped

2 tbsp white wine vinegar

salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
