Cardamom sugar broiled grapefruit.
1.5 tsp Cardamom Sugar
2 Pink Grapefruits
Pinch of Maldon Salt
Cut your grapefruit in half and trim the bottom so they sit flat. Use a pairing ( or grapefruit knife) to separate the pieces.
Sprinkle with the sugar and a pinch of salt.
Place under the broiler on a sheet pan for 5 - 10 minutes.
