1 tbsp of dried lavender
¾ cup raw honey
Add 1 tbsp of lavender flowers for 3 cups of boiling water. Let it steep for 15 minutes and then cool it down in the fridge.
Using a vegetable peeler, remove zest from 4 lemons leaving the white pith behind. Squeeze all of the lemons and set the juice aside. In a large pot bring 8 cups of water and zest to a boil over high heat. Simmer for 10 minutes. Place a large strainer with cheesecloth (or damp paper towel) over another pot and strain. Stir in the honey to dissolve and let cool completely (45 minutes). Add the lemon juice to the strained water.
Blend 8 cups of lemonade with 1 cup of cold lavender tea.
