3 tbsp of dried lavender
¾ cup raw honey
Add 3 tbsp of mint leaf for 1 pot of boiling water. Let it steep for 15 minutes and then cool it down in the fridge.
Using a vegetable peeler, remove zest from 4 lemons leaving the white pith behind. Squeeze all of the lemons and set the juice aside. In a large pot bring 8 cups of water and zest to a boil over high heat. Simmer for 10 minutes. Place a large strainer with cheesecloth (or damp paper towel) over another pot and strain. Stir in the honey to dissolve and let cool completely (45 minutes).
Blend 1 litre of lemonade with 1 cup of cold lavender tea.
