            Mustard Glazed Barbecued Chicken


2 Tbsp Cinnamon Sugar ( or brown sugar)

2 Tbsp Chicken Rub

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 cup ketchup

1 tsp wine vinegar 

2 Tbsp Mustard

1 Tbsp runny honey

8 chicken thighs bone in


Mix sugar, chicken rub, and salt together. Coat the thighs and let them sit.

Blend the ketchup, mustard, and honey together.

Heat the bbq to medium high and rub with oil or spray with cooking spray. Cook the thighs on 1 side for 10 minutes - then turn and cook for another 10 minutes and brush exposed side with sauce. Then turn again and cook for 3 minutes and brush the exposed side with sauce and then turn and grill for a remaining 3 minutes or until done.

Serve with Basil, Beet & Orange Salad
