Pancakes with Strawberries & Cardamom Syrup
Pancakes are an easy for breakfast or brunch.
There are many mixes available ( just follow the instructions) or this simple recipe:

DRY INGREDIENTS - 1 cup all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons white sugar, 2 teaspoons baking powder,1 teaspoon salt

WET INGREDIENTS - 1 cup milk,2 tablespoons vegetable oil,1 egg, beaten.
Mix the dry ingredients together and make a well, then add the wet ingredients and mix together.
Cook in an oiled frying pan over med-high heat. Flip the pancake when you see bubbles appear and the sides are defined (or check underneath to see that it has browned).
Serve with sliced strawberries and drizzle with cardamom syrup!
