Toronto Steak

Blend 50% kosher salt with 50% TORONTO STEAK RUB.

Use 1 to 2 tsp per steak. Rub it on both sides and let it sit for 20 minutes at room temperature. Brush with a little oil.

Heat your pan or grill and once heated, then grill away.
