8oz pacakage of cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup of mayonnaise
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp toasted onion flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
16 oz (454g) jumbo lump, or claw meat (drained)
salt & pepper to taste
Use a hand blender to mix together everything BUT the parsley and crabmeat.
Fold in the crabmeat and parsley and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with Rye Bread cut into triangles, or crackers.
