2 ripe peaches
1 cup of blueberries
2 ripe plums
2 tsp of rose sugar
2 tsp of vanilla extract
Greek Yogurt or Ice Cream (optional)
Slice the peaches and plums and place them in a bowl - sprinkle the sugar and let them sit for 5 minutes. Then add the blueberries and the vanilla and gentle toss all together. Divide into 4 bowls.
Top with a dollop of Greek yogurt or the sweeter option - ice cream.
