You can do this with chicken thighs or breasts or a whole chicken.
1 whole chicken
1/2 cup truffle mustard
salt and pepper
preheat oven to 37º
Place the chicken in a roasting pan and coat generously with truffle mustard. season with salt and pepper and place in the heated oven. Cover with tin foil for the first 20 minutes.
Roast for 45 min to an hour depending on chicken.
Serve with boiled potatoes and steamed spinach flavoured with orange olive oil.
